History and culture
Agriturismo Val is much more than just a farmhouse. It is a living testimony of the local history and culture and it’s deeply rooted in the distant past. Next door you’ll find Villa Pellegrini-Cipolla, that was renovated in 1760 by the engineer Ignazio Pellegrini and witnessed two crucial moments of the Veronese Enlightenment: the land reform and the outbreak of resort culture.
The villa’s architecture harmoniously blends the palace, the garden and the natural park and reminds of majestic European aristocratic residences, with towers, colourful façades and Italian-style gardens that enchant the eyes and soul of visitors.
